Privacy Policy

Effective June 25, 2026

TOV, Inc. (“TOV,” “we,” “us”) is a nonprofit that exists to equip, connect, and celebrate nonprofit ministries. This policy explains what information we collect on tov.ngo, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need, and we never sell your information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you reach out through our contact form or by email, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data through analytics, such as pages visited, general location (city or region), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is gathered using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and requests.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and working as intended.
  • To follow up with you about TOV only if you have asked us to.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. It sets cookies that help us see which pages are useful and how people find us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the site (for example, our hosting and analytics providers), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.

Other TOV services

Our software for nonprofits (Rypple, at rypple.app) and our podcast site (The Grand Weaver, at thegrandweaver.com) are separate services with their own privacy practices. When you visit or sign up for those, the privacy terms presented there apply.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the information you share with us.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask that we stop contacting you. To make a request, email privacy@tov.ngo.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
